About Us

Seaview Apartments form part of a proud, local, family-run business with a history woven into the very fabric of Broad Haven.

Our story begins in the 1960s at Millmoor Farm, originally owned by the family. When the local council purchased much of the farmland to build housing for the growing village, the family retained two fields – which soon became home to Broad Haven Caravan Park. This marked the start of a holiday accommodation legacy that has now spanned over six decades.

In the early 1980s, the now-redundant farm buildings were thoughtfully converted into self-catering cottages, and by the late 1980s, Susie Mock’s parents expanded further with the purchase of the Coach House & Rocksdrift House on the seafront – where they still live today. This expansion saw the family become Wales’ largest independent operator of self-catering accommodation.

Over the years, the family’s dedication to high-quality hospitality and inclusive tourism has been recognised with several national accolades, including the Wales Tourist Board Gold Medal for Services to Tourism, a Prince of Wales Award, and runner-up in the British Airways Accessibility Award.

Today, the business is run by Susie Mock, the third generation of the family, with support from her partner and sons. Together, they continue to deliver the warm, thoughtful hospitality the business is known for – with a strong focus on:

  • Providing valuable local employment
  • Warm welcomes
  • Attention to detail
  • Supporting local producers and businesses
  • Sustainability
  • Creating lifelong holiday memories
